● Today’s technology too often makes things harder than they need to be. We are left with countless buttons, displays and touch controlled devices to make a cup of coffee that tastes worse than the one made in a coffee plunger. I want to believe that after 10+ years of experience I learnt how and where to apply technology to make our life easier. I deliver production systems that allow their users to do things more quickly and efficiently while still enjoying simplicity in operation.● When I started working for Capral, there was no shop-floor system in place. The process was driven by paper work and its outcome depended largely on people experience. Life is life, paper work was lost and people were coming and going taking experience with them. I started from the ground up but today 75% of production is run by my system solutions.● There is always room for improvement and innovation and I want to be the first to see it. I work with people on different hierarchy level to look for new opportunities. I research and quote the options, estimate ROI, design the solution, mange the development and implementation, analyse performance. The part I often find exigent is to work with people on the production floor level, where the resistant towards the change seems to be always the most challenging. I believe however that my passion for what I do and my dedication can inspire and engage even the most sceptical clients.♬ On the personal note I have two great passions in my life. I love making coffee and riding my bicycle.
