With over a decade in the financial services industry, I began in customer solutions, implementing proactive measures to reduce complaints. Transitioning to a role in quality and compliance, I led collaborative efforts to uphold standards, implement automated testing, and ensure compliance within federal guidelines. My path then led me to study computer science, where I earned my BSCS in 2023, propelling me into my current role in IT.I am also the proud founder of Driven to Develop, a community-focused organization dedicated to promoting collaboration and innovation within the software development industry. At Driven to Develop, we prioritize building connections bringing together experienced professionals and new graduates, from aspiring project leaders to researchers, designers, developers, and testers. Our mission is to coordinate easy and natural collaboration, creating a community where technology enthusiasts can unite, share ideas, and work on projects to add to their portfolios.
