With a career spanning over 17 years in the entertainment industry, I've had the privilege of working my way up the ranks from an usher to General Manager at Event Cinemas Tuggerah. Throughout my tenure, I've had the opportunity to work across six cinemas in NSW and QLD, honing my skills in customer service, team management, and operational excellence.However, it was during the COVID-19 pandemic that I decided to pivot and pursue a new passion in Human Resources. I completed my Diploma in HR and transitioned into the industry, starting as an Industrial Relations Coordinator at Baiada. From there, I moved into the aged care industry as a People Experience Coordinator at Alino Living, where I spent a year and a half before taking on the role of Human Resources Advisor at Sanitarium.Throughout my journey, I've developed a strong foundation in HR principles, including employment law, employee relations, and talent management. I'm passionate about creating positive workplace cultures, driving employee engagement, and fostering a sense of community within organisations.I'm excited to connect with like-minded professionals and continue to grow and develop my skills in the HR industry.
