A designer providing envelope design consulting, energy code analysis, and Independent Technical Reviews for Architects, Owners, and Contractors. Envelope detailing including air barrier detailing, waterproofing, product research and selection, and evaluation of wall assemblies with regards to thermal performance and moisture penetration using computer modeling. Perform site inspections during construction and assist in performance testing, including Air Barrier and Water Penetration Testing, and forensic investigations. Utilize field observations to provide efficient, high performing envelope designs.

Initially hired as a drafter while in school for architecture. Quickly advanced to a designer position and developed a residential market for the firm working with a local builder. Managed several clients including a Street of Dreams developer.
