I oversee the Programs Department. This includes leading, reviewing and designing school programs as well as educational family programs. These take place on site, in classrooms and in various natural settings. Further, I manage the volunteer program; I recruit and train volunteers, and organize enrichment opportunities such as monthly meetings, content training and social events.

I was the sole educator for free Wheat Week program in Mason, Lewis, Grays Harbor and Thurston counties. I delivered five lessons over one-week period to 4th and 5th graders, each lesson covering a scientific topic aligned to NGSS. I recruited new teachers to the program, scheduled lessons and maintained program materials and records.

I was the coordinator for the Environmental Education program at Billy Frank Jr. Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge, providng free environmental field trips to educational groups of all kinds, currently serving about 10,000 participants a year. Field trips ranged in size of 10-100 students, ages preschool through college, and may included indoor activities, guided trail walks, citizen science surveys, presentations and projects. The program provides students with an experience in the natural world, practice using scientific tools and a greater understanding of local wildlife and habitat. Daily, I communicate with teachers, schedule and plan their field trips. I led the field trips, speaking with as many as 120 students plus chaperones at a time. I managed a team of about 40 volunteers, recruiting assistance for field trips, coordinating their schedules and communicating program news. I also led four, four-hour workshops a year for new teachers wishing to bring their class on a field trip. Additional duties included community outreach (specifically with school districts), curriculum development, graphic design, creating educational and promotional materials, and maintaining complete records of the program and its participants.

Daily cash, invoicing, student accounts and program budgets, maintenance of fiscal records and archives, worked with Nebraska's WinPrism and WPAdmin, and Banner.

Hospitality services, customer service, including guest check-in, check-out and organization, room servicing, parking attendance, team work and leadership, sets and strikes of events.I worked here during the summer of 2015 and 2017 as well. I was promoted to Team Leader in 2017, which included the additional duty of scheduling employee hours.

Assisted in all areas of daily store functions such as shipping/receiving, customer service, register sales, product ordering and stocking, marketing, event coordination, substitute accountant.
