Commonly used assessments include the Adult Needs and Strengths Assessment (ANSA), Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) and the General Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7).

Co-led a workforce happiness project from data analysis to project execution and achieved a statistically significant increase in survey results. Redesigned the department's PTO report, highlighting the fact that nearly a quarter of our workforce is approaching max PTO accrual, and possibly burnout. This launched an effort to encourage the use of these hours. Updated the backend of our reporting process by eliminating the need to use an outdated Access database; utilized advanced calculations within Tableau to accomplish this update.

Quickly raised the bar in the reporting capacity of this position by learning SQL to pull data, revising outdated reports with improved data visualization and interactivity, and creating new reports needed to promote efficiency in regional labs.
