As a former CPA with Deloitte and Touche, Dani has a strong financial and business background, adding value to deal analysis, structure, and financial review. Evaluating client needs along with gathering and analyzing economic, demographic and other market data enables her to identify and prioritize key markets, assessing optimum locations for development.
