• Planning acquired goods into shipments sourced around the world (includes and not limited to FF&V, Food, Non Food Items, Construction materials, PPE & MHE equipment, etc.)• Managing shipments all the way from origins to destinations.• Knowledge of import/export documentation and procedures in countries currently having projects/operations, as well as basic warehouse operations.• End to End Shipment Management which includes processes such as Preparing freight proposals, load plan and route plans for shipment transitions, issuing RFQs and Freight Purchase Orders, Data record in J.D.Edwards (Oracle), Microsoft Navision and ExPRSS. Contact suppliers, vendors, contractors and end users to resolve discrepancies/QAQC issues in orders and shipments, as well as managing priority orders required immediately at site.• Use of different transportation means to ensure cost & time effective movement of goods• Close communication between service providers and customers to assure efficient and effective execution of defined processes and goods transportation
