In charge of the Company’s business development, new ventures, capacity plan, driver’s acquisition, gross margin expansion, SLA rates and cross-team Scrum coordination.

Responsible for several activities in the company's whole IPO process, such as (i) valuation, (ii) prospectus, (iii) corporate presentations and (iv) business case analysis. The IPO was concluded in June, 2015, hitting the R$2billion valuation mark and being recognized as a great success by the media and the whole financial market.

Participation in three M&A transactions, summing up more than R$200 million, added by five other sell side and buy side mandates, comprising activities such as (i) complex valuation analysis, (ii) offering memorandums, (iii) market screening for potential investors and target acquisitions, (iv) opportunity teasers and (v) economic assumptions build ups.

Development of a new business model for the bank’s operations held among its multinational corporate clients with branches in more then one country in Latin America.

Development of several business plans and investment valuation models for the Company’s growth strategies aiming to accomplish its goal to become public in the Angolan capital market.Member of the Holding's Financial Policy Committee.
