With over three decades of experience in the trades industry, he has gained a deep understanding of the possibilities within a variety of construction sectors and across multiple geographies. Prior to becoming the Program Manager at Valencia College Accelerated Skills Training, he held the position of Director of Operations, providing strategic direction for the organization and managing both installation operations and fabrication. He strongly believes in the power of technology to drive progress in advanced manufacturing. His approach involves utilizing data, science, and intelligent automation to generate insights, ensuring that student from AST advance manufacturing graduate and are ready enter the workforce equipped with expertise and purpose, ready to tackle the toughest challenges in the advanced manufacturing industry. Raised in diverse NYC as the son of immigrants, he has developed a multicultural perspective and a deep appreciation of diversity in all its forms. He is dedicated to building a workforce that reflects the beautiful diversity of this great country. This upcoming fall, Danilo will be embarking on his graduate studies to pursue an MBA from the University of Central Florida. He currently resides in Florida with his two wonderful sons and amazing daughter.
