Development of instrument cluster for commercial vehicles, on Continental Automotive CV&AM department. Responsible for the software development of the cluster, with customers as Daimler Mercedes, MAN (Volkswagen), Ford, Volvo, Agrale and others.The cluster for Ford Cargo Euro III allow me to perform:-> software integrator;-> development of software modules;-> customer technical support during development phase and;-> production test definition (EOL).The Euro III, used as base for the Euro V variants with the additional of UREA bargraph. Then further with new legislation for brake assistance the instrument cluster had ABS feature included.This success project include the anti-theft feature, by programming and reading a transponder on the key. Also some additional features to switch external relays for speed transmission make this cluster product not only a HMI but a cluster and body controller.I developed a tool which allow the configuration of EEPROM in the instrument cluster. This tool is a software running on Microsoft Excell that allows the user to manipulate EEPROM data. This tool is applied to:- Ford custer products;- MAN instrument cluster;- MAN body controller;- Ford Otosan Turkey, instument cluster;- Agrale.Developed the actual generation of Agrale and the Ford Otosan Cluster. These clusters have a dot matrix display what makes them a huge HMI with fully onboard computer features.The growth of Ford company on last years made possible the development of the light truck F4000 and F350 instrument clusters, these clusters have a new feature, a new software module which turns possible to read speed from the ABS sensors.

The Alstom Transport gave me a great opportunity to work with development of high quality electronic systems to operate train lines. I've worked on ATC software development department where I learned to develop Automatic Train Control software. My experience was greatful we had as customer: São Paulo Metro, CPTM, Metrovias, MRS, VALE, Trensurb and others. Our team developed dedicated software for each project. The mission was to develop the entire system of control for the Train Line according, safety integrity and customer requirements. Working with redundance CPU and fully software checks to guarantee equipment integrity. A dive deep on the project development that allowed me to learn and pratice the knowledgement from my academic formation.My experience on ATC department has a diversity on systems like ATP (Automatic Train Protection), ATS (Automatic Train Supervision), ATC (Automatic Train Control) and ATO (Automatic Train Operation). Working on the software development for ATC CPU I had an opportunity to create a tool based on NI LabVIEW to allow the simulation of train behaviour and the signals provided by the train line, it helps to execute a better model of test and performs an increase on quality and debug before deploy the system in the real train.My career at Alstom started on the Project Engineering team, on the PVS department. It was an oportunity to develop the train line signalling plan based on the safety stop marks of trains and headway performance. In this department I had the experience of work at projects like: - CPTM C line project and it extension to Grajaú. (São Paulo City Trains, Brazil).- Metrovias Liñea D. (Buenos Aires City Metro, Argentina).- Bid for Merval (Valparaíso City, Chile).
