Consolidating critical data from key initiatives to provide high level overview for GLS leadership, HR leadership team and executive sponsors.- Analyzing content utilization to create recommendations for catalog updates. - Conducting Merger/Acquisition activities.- Managing standards and system governance. Ensuring all solutions adhere to best practices. - Managing CSOD release updates and configuration changes. - Designing and/or creating complex certification and curricula. Translating business requirements and completion criteria to outline the structure of certification and curricula. - Designing complex custom reports. - Overseeing license utilization. Reviewing internal and external user base monthly to maximize investment in licenses for NCRU and other vendors. - Resolving tier 3 escalations utilizing the LMS subject matter expertise to investigate and troubleshoot issues escalated from NCR University Central help desk.
