I was officially promoted to Coordinator in February 2018. Since then I’ve been managing the Acquisition Channels Squad entrusted with the mission of leading the most strategic project of the company for the next few years. In the last year, we’ve migrated all legacy channels to this new platform while new ones were being incorporated. Currently we have 10 channels integrated, all of them with metrics, reports and a collection of new features that the previous solution didn’t provide that also increased channel’s conversions significantly. Nowadays we are generating more than 300 million of events per day​. I'm responsible for managing a team of 11 members and accountable for hiring, 1-1’s, feedback, personal development planning, managing stakeholder expectations, while guiding the technical team.

As a ​ Software Engineer​ , I've actively participated in countless projects which challenged me a lot technically. I’ve integrated with significant partners in order to launch products in partnership with Busuu, Truecaller, among others mobile carrier’s partners.As a ​ Tech Lead​ , I’ve architected a near real time application that processed 15 million of transactions/day for each carrier. I also was the main developer of mobile operator’sDiscount Clubs platform and in this period I led a notable internalization of 5 outsourced projects in order to reduce the company costs. The mission was successfully finished in 4 months.

I had a fast project absorption, becoming its only responsible after the first month. I planned and executed project migration from WebSphere 5 to 7 (Java 1.4 to 1.6). In parallel, I've provided support to internal and external IT teams.

Developer of treasury intranet portal of Geração Futuro, an investment management company. I’ve developed integrations with banking systems, such as Bradesco and Itaú. I've actively participated in the implementation of the Scrum methodology.

Intern in 2007, I was promoted to developer after completing and being outstanding in an internal course. Responsible for developing a new version of a marketing success tool called Automatic Installer, that makes installation of open source products easier to non technical users, increasing its productivity for launching new softwares. Later, as a focal point in the ERP team, I was directly responsible for the development and maintenance of the company's core systems, serving internal users and about 30,000 customers at the time. Supported systems: administrative & financial, helpdesk, mailing management, administration of hosting accounts and domains.
