From 2011 I work as marketing and communication consultant at "Demodè club". Reporting to the direction , I am in charge of coordinate a four units team (web designer, press officer,production and logistic assistant) in order to plan and manage the marketing and communication strategy, both relative to the club itself and the single events. I am in charge to manage contact requests,among all channels (on line and off line) using different analysis-tools and analyze performance results with purpose to increase the customer satisfaction. In addition, other tasks carried out were to schedule the events throughout the whole season and manage the overall budget.In 2011 I also founded in my city, Bari, the start up E.S.E. – Erasmus Student Experience snc. E.S.E. is an information and reception service addressed to the incoming international community who choose Bari as a destination of International mobility projects. Its aim is to promote the creation of a network capable of connecting the principal actors of our local economy in a smarter and more helpful way. Concretely E.S.E. provides to help in finding accommodation, organize trips through Apulia, events, and cultural activities with final purpose to promote Apulia brand.My previous work experience has provided me with crucial skills such as strong analytical skills oriented to results, time management, meeting multiple deadlines and capability to prioritize tasks in full autonomy. Also, I am a successful team player and I am able to organize and successfully lead groups of people/coworkers. Also I have developed a strong ability in managing various and diverse tasks and I am particularly successful in developing relations with diverse stakeholders.
