E.S.E. - Erasmus Student Experience

E.S.E. - Erasmus Student Experience - is a company located in Bari, South of Italy. It represents and promotes a Network, composed by the main Actors of Local Economy (Private and Public Institutes), orientated towards the Foreign University Community incoming in Bari. It’s a Project work financed by the Apulia Region through the initiative named: “Principi Attivi: giovani idee per una Puglia migliore”. The idea of creating the E.S.E. project comes from the encounter of a group of young people who already experienced the Erasmus Project. The goal is to implement the development of the Apulia Region by highlighting the value of its inhabitants and by promoting its artistic wonders in order to give our Region a more European Dimension. ESE Bari is an information and reception service addressed to the incoming international students who choose Bari as a destination of their Erasmus Project. Its aim is to promote the creation of a network capable of connecting the principal actors of our local economy in a smarter and more helpful way. It's a benchmark for all those who visit Bari for the first time. It offers practical help during the settlement phases. E.S.E.’s main objectives are: helping in finding an accommodation, giving support in the compilation of the leasing agreement, providing language assistance and generally giving support in resolving any bureaucratic difficulty. As a follow up to the settling, E.S.E. provides an easier, cheaper and funnier approach to the city life thanks to its working network of partners that grant to all E.S.E. assisted many services such as discounts, promotions (communications, pubs, restaurants, nightclubs, etc.), information on transports and City Guides. Moreover, in order to highlight and promote the beauties of Apulia, E.S.E. organizes guided tours in the whole Region and promotes cultural and social events (parties, cultural debates, art exhibits, screenings and debates on the film, tournaments).
