I lead the design of a new reporting tool, guiding the product design process from discovery to delivery. My role centers on crafting an exceptional user experience through in-depth user research, prototyping, and close collaboration with a globally distributed team, ensuring seamless implementation and effective stakeholder alignment.

For over a year and a half, I’ve been on a mission to bring my own clothing brand, Mirrorball, to life. Driven by a blend of creativity and entrepreneurial grit, I applied user-centered strategies to validate my designs and connect with customers in a meaningful way. From launching a Shopify store with just two original motifs to expanding the collection to six by Q2 of 2024, I’ve focused on every detail—from concept and production to a lean go-to-market strategy. Each step has been crafted to resonate with a community that values authenticity and design with purpose.Mirrorball is more than a clothing brand—it’s a statement of purpose, style, and wit.

I collaborate closely with the founder to shape strategic decisions in business, design, and marketing. Our efforts have driven tangible growth, expanding the Monkeyrent fleet from a single van to six in under two years.

Mentored over 10 aspiring designers in UX methodologies, portfolio presentation, and interview preparation. Helped mentees overcome career challenges by identifying growth opportunities and aligning their skillsets with market demands. Provided in-depth critiques on UX design work, focusing on user-centred design and problem-solving approaches, improving mentee portfolio quality.

At Creaholic my main focus was on product innovation, conducting user research, evaluating usability, and prototyping and testing new MVP solutions for various startup ideas and in-house initiatives. Throughout these activities, I employed lean startup methodologies to ensure optimal UX design.

Hence we developed various methods over the last few years for employees, teams and companies to continuously work with feedback. Feedback regarding their own work, teamwork and on organisation-wide and strategic issues. Always with the aim of helping everyone to do a better job.

I participated on the creation of the business model and presented the idea to investors and large audiences at events and conferences, while our project received top honors at the Hackathon+Salvador 2017 and benefited from support by the city's tourism initiative. I focused on developing a user experience (UX)-driven startup, leading it to the stage of a functional minimum viable product (MVP). My role involved conducting product validation, user research, testing, and prototyping, as well as working closely with developers to ensure the UX design was implemented seamlessly.
