Meals on Wheels

• Independently developed and lead department to establish sustainable social service programs within rural areas to meet local needs in Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, and Eastern Montana. • Develop, recommend, and execute strategic plans, providing ongoing leadership throughout development and implementation of recommended growth. Conduct analyses of community needs assessments and develop proposals for new programs. Coordinate Red Kettle fundraising campaign for over 100 Units across region.• Prepare and manage budgets. • Collaborate with local community leaders, organizations, and individuals on development and growth strategies. Recruit, direct and manage over Advisory Boards and Committees.

• Developed and managed Volunteer Program for Division, serving needs of 17 communities throughout state. Recruited, trained, and managed volunteers during the holiday season and throughout year for fundraisers, food and toy distributions. • Monitored and updated Division’s volunteer and events web page. • Developed proposals for integrating new events.
