10 Market Place is a retail incubator and affordable hire space in the heart of Shepton Mallet in Somerset, bought and renovated with capital funding from the Community Ownership Fund and Somerset Community Foundation. The aim of the project, which launches in April 2024, is to unlock opportunity for aspiring retailers to test ideas on the High Street free of constrictive overheads, and to develop a programme of free and affordable classes in music, the arts and wellbeing from the second floor studio.

Commercial Road Studios is an end-of-life office block situated in the town centre of Shepton Mallet, which Interim Spaces has acquired on a five year 'meanwhile' lease from Somerset Council to transform into the town's first dedicated artist studio facility, at only £1/sqft/month, all inclusive of bills and other expenses. The project has 14 studios plus surrounding land, and had 80% occupancy in the first month of lease.

PopHub is one of London's most affordable workspaces, designed for creative sector freelancers, self-employed, startups, micro-businesses, social enterprises and charities with an active membership of over 100. The project includes hot-desking, fixed desks, artist studios, a rehearsal studio and sound recording suite at a fraction of market rents. I led the project from landlord engagement and lease negotiation through to developing the full operational framework for the workspace and supervising an on-site team of eight. PopHub was one of nine workspaces in London to be awarded the Mayors' Workspace Accreditation in 2021.
