TMAP is Regional head quarter of Toyota in Singapore. In my current role, I am enjoying working for TMAP-MS as Assistant Manager in Asia Best in Town Department. Developed & conducted the first Toyota Field Operation Manager Training for Toyota Used Car Field staff in Asia Pacific Region (Pakistan, India, Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam & Korea). It includes KPI monitoring, Genba process, PDCA & A3 reporting methodology to develop Field Operation Managers as a business consultant for Dealers & assist field staff in day to day operations of Used Car business.Developed & Implement Toyota Used Car business SOPs for All Toyota Distributors in Asia pacific region. It includes Used Car Inspection, Purchase, Retail, Pricing & Refurbishment process.Responsible for providing leadership, direction & support to Toyota Sure team to establish & enhance Toyota Used Car network in Pakistan.

Lead the dealer sales teams to achieve pre-determined operational targets by defining and and implementing business plans to meet operation targets determined by the Management.Manage the performance of the Sales teams vs targets and standards and work through Dealer Principals to take corrective measures as necessary.Coordinate the sales activities to ensure that all activities are carried out as per the company’s policies and procedures through effective communication and monitoring.Continuously monitor and evaluate sales achievements by promoting Division Kaizen activities as well as adjustment to business strategies to achieve set targets. Responsible to create a performance excellence culture that drives results.
