- Designs and/or implements network installations. This encompasses all aspects of network installation, including design, budget estimates, plans, inside/outside plant, post-install inspection.- Performs disaster recovery management which includes troubleshooting, maintenance, software and patches updates, backup of infrastructure’s crucial data on Windows Server platforms.- Performs L1 and L2 support to users, computer maintenance and installations of all kinds of software.- Performs daily operations of managing network. This will include operation of networking components such as switches, routers, hubs, firewalls and transport media (wire, fiber optic cable, and/or wireless), as well as operation of configuration and management software tools.- Installations, Replacement, maintenance and up gradation of servers, network equipment and devices.- Monitors network traffic, usage and performance making use of utilization and error statistics.- Maintains network stability by identifying trends, recommending and implementing corrective measures, and documenting action taken.- Serves as technical specialist in network problems and emergencies; assists in troubleshooting and resolution of network problems, MS Outlook email configurations.- Analyzes and monitors network activity to ensure optimal network operation.- Controls network activity to ensure sound and secure operations.- Performs capacity planning with input from clients to ensure network services will keep pace with client needs.- Maintains schematics of existing and future network connectivity; maintains documentation for cable plant and the enterprise network.- Coordinate with vendors on regular basis regarding IT related matters.- Advises and trains clients regarding networking technology issues.- Worked in all shifts including weekends and holidays.- Administration of IT Department as per guidelines from supervisor.- Additional duties as assigned.

- Network administration (including backup, security management, user account management, e-mail systems including e-mail web server, internet access, office systems and applications support, Anti Virus Updates).- Performs technology needs analysis.- Rolls out hardware and software to ensure optimal deployment of resources.- Plans, implements, and supports the network and computing infrastructure plan.- Conduct IT classes for students.- Purchasing and Store keeping of network, hardware, softwares peripherals - Assists with technology planning through ongoing research.- Other administrative tasks assigned by Head.

- Responsibilities includes sales and marketing of bank’s new and existing products.- Solve customer’s problems efficiently and quickly through our customer services desk- Giving trainings to new sales and marketing employees.- Opening and closing of customer’s new and existing accounts.- Bank’s inward and outward tracking.- Balancing of accounts, lockers and vault.- Intercity and local Clearing of cheques.- Issuing of credit cards and debit cards to account holders.

- Responsibilities includes designing the lab of 40 computers using Windows 2000 and 2003 Professional Sever.- Installation, Configuration, Maintenance, and Backup of all web servers, mail servers, print servers etc.- Troubleshooting of LAN, Hardware, Softwares, Printers, scanners etc.- Hands on experience of TCP/IP protocols and network security.

- Responsibilities includes designing websites using HTML, Photoshop and Flash.- Assist students in their web projects.- Manages all network infrastructure of the institute using Windows 2003 Server.- Manages Group policies using Active Directory for efficient performance of the entire institute’s network. - Capability in TCP/IP protocols, Hubs, switches, Backup of all servers including web servers, data server, mail server, print server and etc.- Manages network security.
