I also implemented new HR Software with ADP, providing all employees with easy access to automate the process of time and attendance and time off.As the supervisor of the social committee, I am responsible for organizing regular events for employees and the leadership team. Additionally, I am a key member of the leadership team, working closely with the CEO on the company's strategic plans.I have fulfilled the regulatory requirement of the Joint Health and Safety committee and have successfully completed both parts of the training for four employees.
