Was responsible for brand development and management (all consumer / retail products). Set up the Marketing, Corporate Communicaions, product development and Service Quality department for the bank. Was part of the founding team who launched the bank in early 2007.

Managing the liability porduct portfolio of the bank (including reasearch, development of new products/services, devising pricing and sales strategies,product training of branch staff), reporting the the retail banking head.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and later Value Centre General Manager, WM. Was part of the integration project, at the time of product harmonisation of ANZ Grindlays and SCB. Developed, launched and managed liability porducts, ADC products, Consumer Running Finance, Bancassurance (SCB was the first bank in Pakistan to launch Bancassurance)

Was reporting to the Deputy GM/ Retail Banking Head of the bank, assisting him in managing the retail product portfolio including business analytics, pricing strategy, branch profitability modelling.
