• Receiving inspection of equipments static, rotating & package at site.• Carrying out each stage tray installations man way closing and temporary box- up.• Carrying out each stage and final inspection of static, rotating & package equipments at site• Issue of NCR for violation found during inspection. • Coordination with client for inspection.• Perform inspection on Flange Face & witness Bolt torqueing activities of final Box-Up activies.• Attending and closing of Punch items from client for erection activities.• Performs other duties as may assigned by the superior from time to time.• Making the internal audits for equipment records, quality department documents and inspection and reports.

• Attend all field inspection as per ITP• foundation inspection , Equipment installation , name plate verification, orientation, equipment centering ,• master level for equipment nozzle, soft foot, DBSE, Pre. And final alignment • Shims verification, run out, Suction and discharge line flange parallelism, etc• static equipment foundation inspection, equipment installation, verticality,• nozzle face inspection before release to piping, • alignment and internal works of Vessels and Columns.• air fin coolers and other package skid, Incinerator stack Inspection

• Supervision of company existing projects with particular attention to quality control / assurance responsible for the execution and monitoring of approved quality manual in the field of mechanical engineering and piping, welding, pipelines.• Preparation and submittal of quality documents.• Perform in process and final inspection of mechanical/piping/welding activities that includes welder testing and on going shop and field welding activities, marking of weld on isometric drawing, recording of complete field/shop weld verify of pipe work supervising all hydro test pneumatic test etc.• Co-ordinating with client and sub contractor representative on daily basis to resolve any quality problem or issues.

• Evaluates the qualifications of inspection personnel.• Supports the construction roles in the management and control of subcontractors.• Supports and/or execute to all the internal/external audits.• Coordinates the relevant Tracking Systems for correct identification of materials.• Supervises the correct equipment calibration management activities.• Supports the Welding & Non Destructive Test-NDT qualification activities.• Cooperates to issue the Welding Procedures (WP).• Cooperate with the Project Quality Manager to analyses of non conformities.• Supervises inspection of defect renewal and welding. • Checks the completeness and conformity to specified applicable requirements, standards and/or directives.
