Mainly responsible for the smooth running of Restaurants Back of House (Manager System) and Front of House (Point of Sale System) computer systems and ensuring clients get maximum benefits. Individual tasks vary depending on the size and structure of the client’s organization, but may include:Configuration and Installation of NCR Real POS Terminals and Peripherals on OPOS/ Java POS Windows customizations, Implementation and Installation of the Restaurant / Retail software, user training Developing System Images with different flavor of the Hardware and OS. Maintenance of Firmware update for the peripherals NCR POS hardware / Software Demo Preparation and Presentation Attending the calls through emails, phones and assign the Tasks accordingly Providing remote support, Onsite support and Back to base support as per SLA Escalate critical issues to NCR high level technical team & follow-up the tasks Working with Rollout Plans, Internal/External MeetingsMonitoring and maintaining computer systems and networksTalking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issuesTroubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faultsReplacing parts or Repairing parts as requiredProviding support, including procedural documentation and relevant reportsFollowing diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a systemSetting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issuesResponding within agreed time limits to call-outsWorking continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one timeRapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, e.g., software developersTesting and evaluating new technology Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.

• Perform IT technical service delivery role including support of desktops, servers, and networks. • Implement IT solutions both hardware and software to users in the program. • Perform problem isolation and resolution for user IT issues. • Implement and support Windows XP and Windows 7 desktop environment. • Identify and isolate technical issues and initiate action as appropriate. • Consult with business partners to resolve complex international IT problems and issues. • Represent organization in technical forums and projects. • Analyze installation and problem management performance data to increase quality and reduce variation and rework. • Document and deploy technical processes and procedures. • Collaborate with service providers, technical design teams, peer organizations, and customer IS focal organizations to satisfy IT requirements.• Motivate a team of technical support consultants through performance coaching, career planning and sitting educational objectives.• Participate in quality calibration and validation sessions.• Resolve employee issues and act as the employee advocate when dealing with HR or departmental processes.• Improve productivity by highlighting deficiencies and recommending change in tools, training, processes, reporting and employee engagement.• Facilitate customer resolution for escalated calls and engage the necessary technical support.• Follow up with unsatisfied customers to ensure issues are resolved and the customers are satisfied.• Report operational achievements and progress to the operations manager on a regular basis including statistical analysis and improvement of action plans.• Work with other managers to ensure operational consistency.

• Assembling of PCBs Soldering and De-soldering of SMD and Thru hole PCB• Repairing PC Based systems or Micro Controller Based systems• Motherboards of all Kiosk, Custom Thermal Printers, Cash Accepter• LCD, Touch Screen Controller, Routers, Switches & Power Supplies.• Software installations and configuration at client machines. • Network troubleshooting, Network Monitoring.• Log, research and resolve inquiries placed to Customer Support,• Ensuring a high level of service & customer satisfaction.• Complete all communications with customers via email and phone. • Support team members in resolving issues through technical research. • Report unreliability in product design, maintenance issues, defects and bugs.
