As a Building Services Engineer, responsibilities include:Planning and Designing: Involved in the planning and designing of building systems that meet client specifications and industry standards.Monitoring and Inspecting: Regular monitoring and inspecting of systems to ensure they function correctly and efficiently.Engineering Consultancy & Project Management: Managing engagements, conducting condition assessments and forecasting works.Technical Due Diligence: Performing technical due diligence and defect inspections under the SBBIS (Strata Building Bond and Inspections Scheme).Reporting: Capturing and reporting asset data, as well as conducting make-good assessments.

Construction of 5 Villas ranging from 50000 sq.ft to 17000 sq.ft area respectively. Responsibilities include but not limited to - Surveying site for coordination works and shop drawing preparations. Arranging necessary Permits and specialized works contractors.Setting out and sleeve laying works for underground Electrical cables and Drainage works. Quantity Take off and Ordering of Materials to start works on site. Shop drawing and Load schedule review and approval.Getting required approvals from authorities and consultants for works to be done and completed works. Arranging quotes for specialised works and coordination. In charge of installation and co-ordination and scheduling of activities of MEP services with Civil services.Testing and commissioning of the installed systems and getting necessary approvals. Billing and Progress Reports preparation on a weekly and monthly basis.

Upgrade of Steam and Plumbing system Renovations at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi (CCAD), UAEMain Tasks included but not limited to -In charge of quantity surveying and Site surveying. Estimation and ordering of materials and preparation of BOM and subsequent follow-up with suppliers.Installation and rectification of defects in plumbing, drainage and piping systems. Testing and troubleshooting.Chlorination of complete system. Direct reporting to Project manager.

Mechanical Site Engineer in charge of W hotels, St. Regis and Westin hotels' at Al Habtoor City, Dubai, UAE.Main Tasks included but not limited to -Survey and Co-ordination of Site to help in preparation of Design drawings for Plumbing systems, Drainage systems and Fire fighting systems. Experienced from design to construct and handover stages.Preparation of Quantity and Material Take-off and BOM for the fittings and valves and subsequent follow up with suppliers.Installation and supervision of on-site works from survey and first fix to final fittings and Sanitary fittings, testing and inspection approvals from client and consultants and final handover of the project. Experience throughout the life cycle of the project.Liaising and collaborative approach with other services including Fire protection services for pipings penetrating through fire rated walls to avoid reworks and clashes. Helping build and maintain positive team culture. Chlorination of complete plumbing system. Weekly tracking of services in meetings and preparation of data and reports.Commissioning of services and Handover to operator.
