• Use of FEBAN and FF.5 transactions to import and process Bank Statements, ensuring the data is processed successfully.• Enter and Update product data in SAP including costing, bills of material, labor rates, and other applicable cost items.• Prepare invoices, bank deposit, and bills in SAP to send it to vendors/customers.• Reconcile Customer statements in SAP with invoices for accuracy & completeness on a monthly basis.• Review general ledger accounts on daily basis to keep accounts in good standing in SAGE 50 QUANTUM• Enter financial data and transactions into the ledger in SAP.• Reconcile invoices with balance sheet reports and resolve any discrepancies in SAP & SAGE 50 QUANTUM• Analyze and review financial data and perform accounts reconciliation.
