I managed and executed account-based marketing campaigns through Pardot to drive lead generation and nurture prospects throughout their customer journey. By analyzing prospect activity and strategic marketing dashboards, I was able to create a stronger customer experience, provide recommendations to improve lead quality and increase conversions. As a leader of Sundog's nationally-recognized culture, I coordinated company-wide initiatives and events to increase employee engagement.
