Duties added to my job description included booking all of the entertainment, overseeing staff to include facility management decisions as well as HR and making budget decisions as they pertained to the full $7.3 million budget. As Marketing Director and last year as Interim General Manager, I also serve as Colorado State Fair representative in numerous community groups and trade associations.I have also created the Fair's crisis management plan as well as assisted the newly established Colorado State Fair Foundation in hiring an Executive Director, applying for funding and recruiting board members.
