Reporting to the CEO, participates as a member of the CSLP senior leadership team to address the ongoing business initiatives within the organization. Responsible for leading a group of IT professionals in the selection and delivery of IT business solutions that enabled the organization to maintain its role as a leader in the global seafood business.

Reported to the Corporate CFO and worked with a small team to design an offshore global shared services delivery model for the Finance and Administration function. In partnership with Regional VPs of Finance, proposed a model that indicated substantial savings through labor arbitrage and improved operational efficiencies within the F&A function; designed a new Governance group to be responsible for managing contractual agreements and service levels with 3rd party offshore suppliers

Reported to the CIO with a dotted line to both the Presidents of McCain USA and McCain Canada, and provided leadership and direction to 3 Directors and 2 Managers with 42 indirect reports. As a member of both Senior Leadership teams (SLTs), required a time split of 60/40 between Chicago and Florenceville, NB. The combined NA organization has sales of $2B, with 22 manufacturing facilities and 8000+ employees.

Reporting to the CIO and working in partnership with the 7 regional IS organizations within the regional operating companies. Directed implementation and service delivery for McCain within the context of a Shared Services model for ERP/SCM and other “Best of Breed” system solutions within the global application architecture. Provided leadership and direction to 6 Directors and Managers which included the IS Managers of South America and South Africa, for a total indirect staffing complement of 52.

Reporting to the Corporate VP IS, responsibile for the delivery of Common Global business solutions to the 7 regional IS organizations within the operating companies. Managed 6 direct reports at the Manager and Team Leader level, 30 indirect corporate associates, as well IS Management and staff for South America and South Africa.

Reporting to the Corporate VP IS, developed and implemented the IS 3-year Strategic plan and consolidated IS operational plans to support achievement of strategic objectives for regional operating companies. Y2K Corporate coordinator responsible for Managing activities associated with business and IT readiness. Managed a team of 3 Managers and 18 corporate Business Analysts, and the IS group in South Africa.
