Regular tasks include but are not limited to product analysis, product training, market research, pricing, creation of marketing collateral, creation of social media content, reseller marketing support, internal communications, digital marketing analysis and development.

Responsibility for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with various functions such as marketing, finance, procurement, business intelligence, supply chain and sales, to ensure company revenue goals and customer requirements are met. I use a high level of commercial awareness and consideration, to ensure the day to day management is supportive of the company strategy and goals.I take pride in becoming fully immersed in the product area I manage, to ensure I can become the product expert and find opportunities for all four corners of the Ansoff matrix.

*Employment ended due to relocation of Product TeamI held main Product Management responsibility for Aga Rangemaster sinks and taps, with some support to the Product Director on the Aga and Rangemaster cooking brands. Whilst keeping a commercial view on the range, I used research and analysis to ensure our range met the requirements of our current customer base, whilst also looking at opportunities to find new customers. I worked closely with our sales teams, finance, marketing, manufacturing and third party suppliers, to ensure we had the correct range to supply the market.

I worked in a customer facing role within our eCommerce team, the main purpose of my role was to increase the electronic ordering, invoicing and product awareness within our Office Supplies & Packaging channels. As well as offering training and support with our own web platform, I would also liaise with the relevant software providers for the systems our customers owned, to educate and encourage them to purchase electronically with us through their in-house systems. The investment in my time would free up valuable resource for our internal sales team, so they could focus on customer support, proactive sales and customer development. This also had a great benefit to our customers, as their processes became automated. Within this role I also worked heavily in product data, managing and improving the content, attributes and transactional data for the office supplies and packaging product portfolio. This involved working closely with data providers, brand owners / suppliers, marketing, IT and our sales force.
