About Danka Damjanović
While studying for my master’s degree in marketing management I envisioned myself to become a Marketing Guru, where my passion, creativity and communication skills would be perfectly applied. However, life had different plans for me and opened me a new path toward HR world where I discovered my true passion. Connecting great people with excellent opportunities and building strong teams has been my call ever since I started working in HR. With a marketing mindset and HR experience when creating people's practice, I account for all stakeholders and align their demands with bigger strategic growth plans. For the past 10 years as a HR Professional I have been providing support to the management in planning human resources and talent development. Meeting current and future needs for hiring, people development, performance management, engagement, motivation as well as retention of employees has been my occupation from the start of the career.Besides my HR management experience, eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic, I also think outside the box and want to elevate processes and systems that have room for improvement. I am constantly on the look out for new ideas, creative solutions and best HR practices that can help business to grow.
