Following Brash Brands buy out of Hooper Productions in November 2015 I’ve been fulfilling dual roles with Hooper and Brash working as the Head of Creative Technology. - steering Brash Brands Global Tech offering - working with tech partners and suppliers to improve and grow our offer - consulting with high value clients on technology.

Helping to define the path the company takes as a business of creativity married with technology.

As Head of Production at Hooper I am responsible for the overall delivery of all studio projects. I am the glue between clients, creative, technical and financial teams and report directly to the board of directors. I am involved from the early pitch/bidding stages of projects and nurse jobs all the way through till final delivery. I manage other producers, editors, artists, budgets, schedules, HR and I am actively involved in new business. Most recently I've been overseeing luxury property films in Dubai, Bahrain, Ajman, Sydney, China and Montenegro. I've also been working with our tech teams on our latest immersion room concept.

- Founder and director of Parallel Pictures a boutique studio providing clients direct access to senior level and experienced freelance producers, VFX artists and web designers for a broad range of film, TV, corporate and digital clients. - Set up a unique model where clients can engage with senior personnel directly for a fraction of the cost of going through a larger studio or agency. "Pay for heads, not overheads".

- "hobby company" - Set up Arts Unknown to create, commission, manufacture and distribute exclusive designer vinyl art toys.

- co-founded a mid sized VFX studio based in central London. - At it's peak we employed 35 artists.- The company was responsible for delivering several prestigious feature film projects.- The company also specialised in handling overflow work from larger london studios.- I was the conduit between the board of directors, CEO, COO, production and artists. - Actively worked on many of the companies projects at grass roots production & artistic level.

- Co-Created and co-directed the UK’s most successful and profitable student events company with annual turnover in excess of £2 million GBP.- Grew the company to 26 weekly student club nights per week in 12 university cities around the UK.- Employed 30 full time employees and over 800 part time student workers.- Directly responsible for digital presence, brand management, on/offline technical and creative.- Oversaw creation of web based business tools, including a bespoke web based payroll system and a unique website which was one of the first events sites to be completely integrated with Facebook.- Joint responsibilities extended to many aspects of the company – logistics, operations, new business, HR and training, marketing, recruitment, finances and everything in between.

- Worked as a part of the compositing team on the all CG feature film Valiant.- Under direction from the head of visual FX, the DOP and the Director, I delivered as many as 20 shots a week (department deadlines averaging 87 shots per week). - The team work, camaraderie and dedication by the entire production crew meant that we pulled of the delivery of the world's first full length CG feature for under $40 Million USD.
