I was lucky to join the 92nd Street Y Human Resources Department as a Generalist and Recruiter, where I began my professional experience in Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Time and Labor, Payroll, Employee Engagement and Labor Relations.I had a wonderful opportunity to join the New York University Division of Libraries HR team where I could grow as an HR Business Partner and take advantage of an amazing tuition remission program. As an MBA student, I received a specialization in Entertainment, Media and Technology and volunteered as the General Manager of "kef theatrical productions", a small non-profit theater company in NYC.With M.B.A. in hand, I escaped to the SF Bay Area and joined Accenture as a Management Consultant and 3 short years later ran away with the circus and joined A.C.T. as the Director of Professional Development.I experienced five wonderful years growing and supporting my clients to solve org effectiveness challenges at Slalom!
