From the time I was a small child I have enjoyed understanding how things are made and had a fascination with manufacturing. Have spent the majority of my career working in different aspects of the manufacturing process; from designing, programming, machining, building, to analyzing and finding ways to be more efficient in the entire process. There are so many great technology tools in the marketplace and finding the right one to fit the needs of each company is the challenge we face every day. Having a lot of fun learning about each company's unique capabilities and struggles while on their Smart Factory journeys. There are always ways to improve so it's a never ending adventure!

Then I will help them establish a budget, if needed, of what it would take to get to where they want to be with Plex.Of course this also involves working with Hardware and IT Providers to establish partnerships so that I will have options for our new customers that need additional assistance in implementing these new solutions. After spending 10 years managing the team at Plex that handled all this activity for our customers I am transitioning this activity to our newly established partner relationships. Having a blast enjoying life and all of its changes. Watching new customers embrace cloud technology never gets old. -

Also acting as the primary IT sales person for selling IT Services and Hardware that can be used with our Plex application. These services are offered to ensure a smooth implementation path for our ERP/MES customers and to provide a one-stop shop for all their IT needs.The other half of my job was involved with our facility needs. As a fast growing company Plex is always working on a building out a new space for our employees to work in. Our growth rate has made this a real challenge for us. We don't just find a building, we make a fun space for our employees to enjoy their jobs and spend time with their coworkers. We value our employees over everything else and work hard to ensure they are taken care of.
