In partnership with my physician and nursing partners, I am responsible for day-to-day operations, capital and space planning, resource alignment and control, new program planning and development, hospital environment, contracts, leases, and capacity management at a 310-bed Level II Trauma Center and community hospital campus with over 2,900 FTEs. During my tenure, GWV has become Magnet(R) designated and a Comprehensive Stroke Center, and we have improved from CMS 3 Star to CMS 4 Star.
