As an experienced and compassionate leader with 15 years of progressive experience in pastoral, non-profit, and higher education roles, I possess a proven ability to provide effective leadership and organizational management. In addition, I am passionate about providing pastoral care to diverse groups of people, fostering strength in individuals and groups, and enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of community life.In my previous roles, I have leveraged my leadership skills to promote student outcomes, manage stakeholder relationships, build strong partnerships, enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion, and ensure financial sustainability. I have led organizations through adaptive leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic, adjusting ministry to meet the needs of congregants and the community while addressing economic and cultural challenges. I have effectively collaborated with teams to provide direction for all church programming, including committees and subcommittees while managing annual budgets of up to $700,000.As a former Chaplain/Coordinator of Spiritual Life at Lebanon Valley College, I provided spiritual and personal guidance to students, directed the development of religious and spiritual life programming, and led workshops at the annual Symposium for Inclusive Excellence on various topics highlighting leadership, equity, burnout, and mental health. As a Managing Director at Innabah Camp and Retreat Center, I raised an annual budget of $650,000+ through successful fundraising efforts, provided effective leadership and oversight for all summer camp and retreat programs, supervised and mentored a team of 5 year-round employees and 20-25 seasonal employees, and conducted weekly organizational meetings..I hold a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Community Leadership from Alvernia University, a Master of Divinity from Palmer Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rowan University.
