Supporting the Swissnex HQ by working on the design, development and maintenance of various global data-driven tools, shaping the data management strategy, and being the driving force behind the implementation of Swissnex's global CRM.

Swissnex in China is the Science Consulate of Switzerland in China, building bilateral bridges in the fields of Education, Research and Innovation.• Support the CEO with day-to-day operations of swissnex China’s activities, coordinate information and resources across project teams. Initiate and develop action plans to execute activities and resolve resource gaps.• Define activity concepts and execution timetable with section heads. Ensure that activities are delivered in a timely manner, add value to stakeholders while generating success stories, and adhere to sufficient standards.• Drive development and implementation of the swissnex’s overall strategy and organizational framework (best practices & IT solutions) to provide effective planning and resource allocation, balancing short- / long-term objectives.• Develop and augment relations with key stakeholders as well as the general public, ensuring that key activities and stakeholder success are appropriately communicated. Take the lead in online and offline content and branding initiatives.

Assumed CEO responsibilities and headed a team of 14 people during the transition period at Swissnex in China from July 2021 to March 2022.

• Working closely with the CEO and senior staff, take leading role in the development and implementation of swissnex China's marketing & communications strategy across all activities.• As Deputy, assist the CEO in the fulfilment of swissnex China's mission and objectives, and take responsibility for the organisation's day-to-day operations.• Manage a portfolio of marketing and engagement campaigns, including: social media, project management and creation of print marketing materials, email campaigns, newsletters, social and digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, web/blog, etc.• Leads CRM and lead data management to build long-lasting, meaningful connections between Swiss and Chinese higher education institutions, startups, corporations and non-profits.• Manage and grow a list of local / international media (journalists, key opinion leaders, influencers, reporters, etc.).
