I managed a team of 20 engineers who identified Office 365 product changes, coordinated customer-facing engineering processes, and addressed high-profile customer situations.

My team developed and operated the ISV Partner Relationship Management application, which tracks 10,000+ ISVs along with their engagement status and adoption of Microsoft technologies; deployed to 2,700 people worldwide.

I designed and coded signal processing algorithms to graphically enhance and display ultrasonic images for scientific and military purposes. This work was performed over 3 summers and 1 term as part of the MIT 6A internship program, which included my master's thesis on underwater imaging.
