The support team need to be included during pre-sales and all future stages.• Having a standard set of project processes and artefacts is important to ensure consistency across projects, but project size must also be considered. To many overheads on a small project equals little profit and low employee satisfaction.• Project delays need to be taken very seriously, but it is better to reset expectations once, than to continuously delay delivery.
