For more than thirty years I have been linking people to opportunities around the world. I have molded diverse teams and individuals to pursue life with clear and consuming vision. I remain passionate about coaching people through the crossroads of life, whether personal or professional.Thirty years in a pioneering missionary organization allowed me to try on a lot of hats. There was ample opportunity to hone skills in public speaking, teaching, recruiting, team development, human resources, fund raising and strategic thinking. During those years I oversaw the recruiting of over 200 overseas staff, including nine team leaders who still remain active in the field. Meanwhile, my time in the private sector involved working in four family businesses, overseeing sales, marketing, customer service and board governance.In October 2018, I returned to the Philadelphia area to rejoin the international non-profit I had served before. It felt like coming home.
