Innovated and tested several projects for global food chains including Subway, Wendy's, Burger King, and Popeye's as detailed by some of the following projects: • Contributed collaboratively to the design, feel, and functionality of Subway's first touchscreen graphical user interface, which utilized my strengths in creativity and bringing a balanced focus to both engineering and business. • Assisted in the ideation and iteration of design prototypes to extend the holding time of Wendy’s fries. Contributed design ideas, ran tests, and analyzed data. • Contributed to the development of prototype components to improve Burger King’s flame broilers.

During my internship with Caterpillar I worked in the mining truck transmission division where I gained experience running tests, analyzing data, and writing technical reports. I learned about drivetrains, transmissions, hydraulics, and shift control logic. • My biggest accomplishment at Caterpillar was leading a test that compared performance, quality, and cost among several different brands of transmission valves and selecting the best fit in order to save the company over $5.8 million in component costs annually.• Started and completed three major projects that required extensive cross-team collaboration, communication, customer interaction, data analysis, and technical reporting.
