Began working for the Bunting Legal Group until its acquisition by Duane Morris LLC in early 2007. Acted as sole first-year associate of the Atlanta M&A practice group focusing on the mining industry. Responsibilities included initial drafting of documents, due diligence, document review, and commercial real estate matters.
