Improving systems and designs throughout the business whilst supporting sales and design teams.

Managing a team of designers responsible for producing detailed design and specifications for manufacture and installation of Wickens products.

Providing sales support and solutions to meet customers storage requirements using Wickens products (including cantilever racking, heavy duty racking, cable drum racking and vertical racking amongst others).

Project management for DigiGlass products (bespoke printed window film, wallpaper, signage, etc).

Managing timber frame designers, programme management, QA management, quality control and timber frame building design using AutoCAD.

Managing conservatory departments including sales offices and production facilities at the Hartlebury and Paignton sites.

Co-ordination of projects supplying windows, doors and conservatories to the new build market.

Conservatory administration. Producing quotations, order processing, manufacturing cutting lists, internal sales, etc.
