Assisting Learning & Organizational Development professionals on a wide range of L&OD programs and processes within our Talent Systems department at a leading Commercial Real Estate Firm (30,000 employees globally, and 80+ HR members in the US).Implemented and actively managed a global Learning Management System (LMS) delivering development and compliance training , and increased utilization by over 50% in 2009 (4,500 to 7,000).Designed, analyzed and delivered a talent management dashboard for senior management to track and improve HR activities including (headcount, diversity & inclusion, promotions, performance management, hiring, terminations, training & development, compensation, mobility and succession planning).Served project management roles designing and implementing talent management tools and resources across HR and business lines including; career development, retention risk assessments, redeployment programs, on-boarding and orientation, performance management, workforce planning, and intranet sites.Developed and led a variety of training sessions ranging from 1-hour to 2-days with unique employee sets across the US and Brazil (virtually and in-person sessions).Supported and consulted with two business lines as an HR Business Partner to successfully manage recruiting activities, talent reviews, compensation planning, and talent/performance management.
