As Sustainability Performance Developer the main assignment is to strengthen the sustainability performance development of Core Business Franchise (CBF). By supporting the development and integration of sustainability dimensions into processes, methods and tools the aim is to ensure accurate and relevant measurements for the climate footprint of Franchisees.It includes increasing the ability to measure performance and development in all areas in a systematic way and co-create analytical tools to support business development and accurate decision making. The work supports the IKEA Climate Positive shared strategic initiative, by developing and implementing climate footprint models covering retail operation, customer travel and home deliveries.Inter IKEA Systems (Core Business Franchise) owns the IKEA Concept and is the worldwide IKEA franchisor. Specifically, responsible for the IKEA strategic framework, ensuring the IKEA Concept is updated, relevant, implemented and followed-up – together with all IKEA trademark users.• We develop solutions that will ensure a unique and successful meeting with IKEA customers.• We lead the work around when and how IKEA expands in the world, enabling one common way of working with high impact at a low cost.• We create the preconditions to strengthen the IKEA Culture and develop the right competence to meet customer and business needs.

The aim of the study was to enhance the knowledge on how to successfully implement use-oriented business models in consumer markets. Gathering up-to-date empirical knowledge on 1) business model characteristics 2) consumer barriers 3) consumer perceived value was considered key. The study was carried out as part of the "Mistra sustainable consumption - from niche to mainstream" program. The result suggests that the strategy for promoting use-oriented consumption models should minimize the need for change of consumer behaviour, lower barriers for trials as much as possible and focus on promoting individual value creation.

As external consultants the group analysed the potential for a Business Model around Biochar production on Mallorca. The project involved stakeholder analysis, assessment of production potential and future demand. The study included a field trip to Mallorca were more than 15 interviews were conducted with identified relevant stakeholders including representatives of the local government and industry on the island. The study resulted in a very much appreciated workshop around the values of the business and advice for future development in the form of a written report.

The purpose of the project was to support the Hallsberg site of Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE), a leading manufacturer of construction equipment, in achieving a higher level of internal environmental awareness and support improved environmental management. Our approach for doing so was to provide a strategy to drive environmental change through enhanced engagement amongst employees and plant management. The project was a one-month study conducted by 4 students of the International Institute of Industrial Environmental Economics, Lund University, as part of the Business Consulting course within the Environmental Management and Policy master's program. . The recommendations were presented to the management team of the Hallsberg site as well as in a report documenting our work and several of the recommendations have since been implemented in the daily work.

Xbus delivers services within accounting, recruitment, HR and office support. The purpose is to make life for small consultant businesses easier by letting them focus on their core business. My main task was to create a strategy for repackaging of the services and prepare the company and offer for market expansion.

I was responsible for the whole process of bringing new customers onboard and reaching the sales quota. My strenght is my ability to understand the customer needs and how we solve them. Buying Mynewsdesk often meant a change in the daily work of the communicator and it was important to create a feeling of future benefits in order to help the customer in their decision process. Three times I won the global award Mynewsdesk’s Best Sales Representative of the Month.

In my work I was helping companies optimize their online presence to increase sales. Showing great results as an Account Manager and my leadership skills gave me the opportunity to work as a Sales Manager during 1,5 years. My responsibility was to lead two teams of 10 Account Mangagers in Malmö and Gothenburg. I was part of the strategic management group in southern Sweden and handpicked for a project to change the sales process and our communication with the customer. This resulted in a new training program and a more effective sales process. Participating in the Eniro Leadership Program developed me further as a manager.
