I began my real estate endeavors (1996) while settling family estate matters that required the sale of large tracts of farmland and my parents' NJ estates simultaneously (a golf course home)! I work land, residential, and commercial transactions in the Greater ATL area. I am an Accredited Buyer Agent and market exclusive listings for sellers who are serious about moving on with their lives! I specialize in relocation services with the USAA Mover's Advantage Program and am a Certified Negotiations Specialist who loves the art of the deal! Education is my passion! I previously instructed at Essex County College, Newark, NJ (1982-1997) before relocating to the Atlanta area. I continue to enjoy these 25+ years of college teaching experience!

During my tenure with Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty, I was a member of the President's Relocation Club. I continue to specialize in the relocation side of the business.

During my time as Acting President of the Carnegie Mellon Black Alumni Association (CMBAA), I wrote and produced a 10-minute documentary on the history of the Black student at Carnegie Mellon (1900-2000) entitled "Decades in Black." The film premiered at the 20th anniversary celebration during the university's Centennial Homecoming.

I served the CEO/President as his Executive Staff Assistant. I worked on special projects from managing $2M+ projects, to writing/editing/proofreading special in-house publications. In addition, I also served as the Manager for the Marketing Sales Proposal System and a Utilization Analyst at this company.

Became a member on January 15, 1977. Served as the Voting Delegate to the 1977 National Convention in Denver, CO. Appointed by Past President Mona H. Bailey in November 1979 to serve as a member of the National Heritage & Archives Committee under the leadership and tutelage of Dr. Bertha Maxwell who later became Past President Dr. Bertha M. Roddey.

I served as a program intern and wrote a tweekly wo-minute, unedited television script for WJLA-TV "A.M. Washington" Show. This script aired live weekly as part of a legal agreement between W.A.T.C.H. and WJLA-TV that forced efforts on behalf of W.A.T.C.H. and its constituency, to promote positive children's television programming. In addition, I edited the text for the W.A.T.C.H. President's testimony presented to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at the hearings in 1979 on the effects of t.v. advertising on children.
