My name is Dan Newcomer, I'm an Experience Design Lead with a strength in visual design, user experience, and brand strategy.I am currently designing internal tools for Indeed that optimize the user experience for design and engineering teams across the employer platform.—I help users through their day by designing simple, clear, and pleasant interactions in enterprise software which saves time and makes work a little more delightful.I help organizations build visions and accomplish core objectives by providing great designs and experiences both digital and physical.I help institutions and brands imagine and reflect their key value through consistent and well designed touchpoints for their audience. I help executives, product managers, designers, and engineers by breaking complex initiatives down into manageable tasks through user journeys and an evolution of concepts; from sketch to final product.
