I currently manage the Accounts team and am capable of owning the Accounts payable and receivable functions. Ensuring end-to-end processing and preparation of AP and AR invoices throughout the month runs smoothly, whilst also overseeing project consultant billing, expense reconciliations and ensure our debtors are managed and maintained. Ensuring the accounts team meet stakeholder deadlines while also overseeing team members are learning and developing. Managing a portfolio of up to 200 clients while hitting and exceeding KPI’s and successfully overseen all accounts functions for the Melbourne and Sydney office I work closely with the Partners and Associates to ensure everything is running smoothly.
