Worked in Mission Success providing support to Army customers in order to meet intelligence and operational requirements for collecting, aggregating, and analyzing Publicly Available Information using a suite of unique and innovative AI/ML/LLM tools

• Developed organizational strategy and directly supervises the resourcing, training, and operations of over 70 deployed personnel in various locations in the Middle East, resulting in continuous successful operations supporting national strategy• Developed project planning documents based on Presidential strategy for the employment of space forces during armed conflict, distilling complex technical issues into useful decision-making tools for senior leaders• Served as the primary adviser to the three-star Commanding General and other senior leaders on the integration of space-based capability into daily operations by preparing products in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and group presentations

• Drafted the Annual Training Plan for the Army's only Space Battalion ensuring the training readiness, technical proficiency, and professional development for over 300 personnel• Served as the Army Space Coordination element between US Army forces, US Air Force forces, and Republic of Korea military forces during an annual major military exercise resulting in the integration of space capability into future war plans• Supported the Senior Operations Officer by working among external cross-functional teams in a rapidly changing, ambiguous, and financially constrained environment to ensure the Commander's priorities were met and Army units across the globe received trained personnel and maintained equipment to support exercise and combat operations in support of organizational goals and strategy

• Managed the operations of the only Army satellite missile warning system deployed in the Middle East consisting of over 20 personnel and $10 million of equipment by meeting strict operational and safety requirements and fostering innovative initiatives• Provided warning of incoming enemy missiles to military personnel in the Middle East, ensuring the safety of over 10,000 personnel by building teams across organizations through clear and concise communication and personal influence• Developed and implemented new management plans to streamline the contracting, training, professional development of team members, and daily operations, resulting in being named as the best missile warning crew in the Army during 2016
