Manage the passenger revenue forecast needs for all Jetstar group airlines. This includes liaising with senior stakeholders to manage expectations and align views and to track performance against forecasts/targets and identify drivers of performance deviation.As with any forecasting role there is a considerable emphasis on financial model development and continual predicative improvement, this is achieved through extensive peripheral analysis to ensure that all key drivers of revenue performance are adequately monitored and understood in terms of their relative influence on performance.

After progressing from a flight analyst to a senior analyst and then into the RM manager role within the pricing and revenue management team my key responsibility was to deliver revenue targets for all Asian joint ventures (Singapore, Japan and Vietnam) through the management of a small team of flight analysts and cross team co-ordination to ensure broader commercial teams energies were directed toward priority areas.This entailed developing competitor pricing strategies/promotional plans, developing inventory management tools and processes, conducting weekly meetings with key teams and developing reporting tools to better monitor performance.

Provide shelf pricing recommendations through analysis of competitor pricing data and administer price changes to all FAL supermarkets. Support buying team through warehouse inventory monitoring and analysis.

Monitor business performance in an effort to identify pricing enhancements. Provide management with extensive reporting and continually develop reporting tools to better track the operating environment and identify optimisation opportunities
